Deborah Parsonage won our competition for a lovely lunch at Marmalade Cafe in Brighton.
Ever the caring mother she then gifted the prize to her hard working daughter Aimee aged 19 who is in her first year at Brighton University student studying nursing. Aimee is also a trainee adult carer so it was really lovely to be able to give her this little treat. She took her best friend Ellen Herbert for lunch and enjoyed a yummy freshly cooked meal of parma ham, basil, spinach and pesto tart with lots of fresh salads. they both enjoyed tasty fruit smoothies and indulged their sweet teeth with gooey chocolate brownies to go!
